You know that we love dogs. We have four rescue dogs and at some point when we live on a farm, that number is sure to increase. Because of that love I have to share a story of a local photographer with you. His name is Josh Feeney. He and his wife started volunteering at an animal shelter in Chicago about 7 years ago. They offered to walk the dogs, however, he soon found a far greater calling.

Josh now photographs the dogs while they are out of their cages and playing or just relaxing outside. He felt that a picture of a dog in his natural element would be a truer look into who the dog really is. He posted those pictures and, the better the posted picture, the more times it would be shared and that might lead to an adoption.

What an amazing guy!
