Is anyone else sick of figuring out what to make for dinner EVERY... SINGLE... NIGHT?!

I, for one, have a hard time coming up with tasty options all the time. Enter: back to basics. Lately, we have been so busy with work that I have been resorting to quick and easy meals. And, you know what... they've been great!

I always seem to try and plan a healthy meal for us that involves lots of flavor and using ingredients in different ways. But I just can't do it every day.

So, here's an image of our dinner from the other night. That's right, toasted bread with a fried egg, cracked black pepper and leftover kale salad. Simple. Fast. And yet, DELICIOUS!
